At our salon, we value your time and want to provide you with an exceptional experience. To ensure that we can meet your needs and manage our schedule effectively, we have the following policies:

Late Arrivals:


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event that you are running late, you will receive a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Late Cancellations:


We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly request that you notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. We appreciate your understanding of our need to allocate our resources effectively.

No Shows:


We understand that sometimes life can get in the way, but please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of your service. This policy ensures that we can maintain a high level of service to all of our clients.

Please read the description of the service you book to make sure you know if it includes hair for your service or not and what hair needs to be purchased to achieve the look you desire. If you have any questions about what hair to purchase, please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations before your appointment. Please note that any additional hair products or services required to achieve your desired look may incur additional charges.
